The service

bizPower is a subscription business-management application. Features available to your organisation depend on its plan and are set by us and your organisation's administrators.

Accounts

• Accounts are created by your organisation's administrator; we do not offer open sign-up.
• Keep your credentials confidential and tell your administrator if you suspect misuse.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.

Your data

Your organisation owns the business data it enters. You grant us permission to host and process it solely to provide the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access other organisations' data or bypass security controls.
• Do not use the service for unlawful activity or to send unsolicited messages.
• Do not disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of invoices, tax figures and payroll you produce with the service.

Subscription and suspension

Access continues while your organisation's subscription is active. We may suspend access for expired subscriptions or breach of these terms.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and backed up, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
